That is the concept behind BEAT.

We offer an array of classes, all driven to the BEAT of music!

Not just dance fitness, we have a massive selection of classes to tickle your fitness tastebuds!

KONGA - our base dance fitness class, with 4 easy moves per track, this class is for absolutely everyone! No previous dance experiences necessary and all levels are welcome!

BODYCOMBAT - The ultimate martial arts experience! Kick, punch and combo your way through a liberating 55 minutes of banging music. This class is truly a physical and mental release!

POUND - a unique drumming class that fuses squat work, cardio, Pilates and lunging for a full body workout! We use light weight RIPSTIX to rock out!

BURN - A music driven toning class that utilises booty bands and light weights to tone your entire body!

XHH STEP - Not your nannas step class. XHH step has taken a traditional step class and upped the ante with old school and current hip hop and R&B tracks and swaggy moves.

So we work hard to create an engaging community, where every member feels like a part of something bigger!
